Today, Equipop has around 40 employees and 50 members, with an annual budget of €5.8 million.

The association has two offices in West Africa—in Dakar and Ouagadougou—and one office in Europe—in Paris.

With a background in financial engineering and corporate finance, I have accumulated 15 years of experience in management/finance, including 14 years in the non-profit sector. I currently hold the position of Institutional Funding Manager at Equipop. From 2010 to 2017, I held administrative and financial positions in a Senegalese association that supports women and young people who have dropped out of school to train in agroecology and IT and to benefit from social and health programs.

With 14 years of experience, Nathalie has developed her expertise in communication and mobilization within NGOs committed to women's rights and social justice in France and internationally. Her career combines editorial coordination, content production, digital strategy, project management, and mobilization campaigns, with a strong focus on amplifying feminist voices.

Dr. Ndeye Khady Babou is a physician specializing in international health with a focus on sexual and reproductive health rights. She is a feminist committed to raising awareness of gynecological and obstetric violence. In her work, she questions colonialism and medical/institutional patriarchy in relation to women's bodies and health. She coordinates a project to combat gynecological and obstetric violence from a feminist perspective in Senegal.

Nicolas Rainaud is head of advocacy. A graduate of Sciences Po Paris, he joined Equipop in 2009 as an advocacy officer. He contributes to various campaigns promoting feminist public policies in France and internationally. In particular, he represents Equipop on the High Council for Gender Equality.

With a degree in political science and translation, she began her career as a translator for the umbrella organization of CTDs in Cameroon, while participating in awareness-raising activities on SRHR in schools. Passionate about social justice and defending the rights of women and minorities, she is currently pursuing a master's degree in ecological transition and international solidarity, combining her commitment with a work-study position with the Feminist Generations project: Lyon and its metropolitan area, a territory of equality.

Oumaima Dermoumi is a Moroccan activist and professional based in France who is involved in the philanthropy sector, specializing in the rights of women, transgender and non-binary people, as well as queer struggles in the Middle East and North Africa. Co-founder of the feminist collective Nassawiyat, she works to raise the visibility of feminist voices in the region and improve philanthropic practices. She is also involved in artistic production and photography.

Pascal has been working at Equipop since August 2017, with his main responsibility being to implement and develop the organizational development component. With some 20 years of experience in development NGOs, his other areas of expertise include capacity building, project management and cycle, public policy monitoring, planning, advocacy, governance, peace, and social cohesion.
