Today, Equipop has around 60 employees and 60 members, with an annual budget of €8.5 million.

The association has two offices in West Africa—in Dakar and Ouagadougou—and one office in Europe—in Paris.

Aïda Murielle Samb is Advocacy Officer for West Africa at Equipop, where her main mission is to amplify the voices of women in the sub-region. She holds a master's degree in African studies and has used African feminist theory to study the use of deliberate nudity as a tool for activism. Previously, she worked as a diplomatic attaché at the Swiss Embassy in Dakar.

A work-study management assistant at Equipop, she is a master's student at a business school, specializing in finance and organizational control. Former treasurer of an art association, she combines administrative rigor with creativity. Committed to equality and social justice, she has participated in humanitarian projects and actively contributes to Equipop's feminist missions.

Amina Mbengue holds a degree in Economics from the Sorbonne and in Management and Strategy from the Lyon Business School. With approximately nine years of experience in finance in Lyon, Paris, and Dakar, she has been responsible since March 2023 for monitoring and providing administrative and financial support to partners and implementing organizational development.

With over 25 years of experience in finance and international solidarity project management, Benjamin oversees administrative and financial activities as well as organizational development for partners. His comprehensive understanding of management issues and in-depth knowledge of procedures and information systems are a valuable asset to Equipop's development.

Camille joined Equipop in 2023 as Communications and Media Relations Manager at the Paris office. A graduate of CELSA Paris-Sorbonne, she previously worked at Planning Familial and Amnesty International France. A committed feminist, she uses her expertise to develop 360° communication strategies and media collaborations to defend the rights of women and LGBTQIA+ people.

Cecile divides her professional experience between humanitarian project management abroad and managing shelters for homeless people in France. She joined Equipop in September 2025 to support project managers in managing institutional funding and training projects and to contribute to sound financial management and donor accountability.

After several years of experience in NGO communications and international cooperation, Chiara joined Equipop in 2025 to strengthen the AFF project's communications strategy. She is also pursuing a master's degree at SOAS in gender, sexuality, and global politics, with a particular interest in feminist approaches to humanitarian work and photojournalism.

Specialist in resource mobilization for civil society organizations and feminist donors with over 10 years of experience in Europe and West Africa. At Equipop, she plays a strategic role in coordinating donor risk mitigation and steering funding diversification. Claire combines operational rigor with advocacy to drive systemic change.

Clara joined Equipop in 2022, after studying gender equality and development in France and England. As an advocacy officer in the Paris office, she is responsible for parliamentary relations. She is co-author of the report "Women's Rights: Fighting the Backlash" and is particularly passionate about issues related to LGBTQIA+ rights.
