A contact's personal data is deleted from our database after 36 months of inactivity. If you are a donor, we keep your data for an additional 24 months, in accordance with the tax authorities' request.
Equipop undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of this data, within the limits of its means and without guaranteeing total protection against possible hacking or fraudulent use. The association therefore invites users to handle their data with care and not to disclose it in case of doubt.
Online donations and payments
Thanks to the online payment services available via the website with redirection to Helloasso, you can make donations to Equipop easily and securely.
Secure payment by credit card
When you make an online donation by credit card, your banking information is not disclosed to Equipop under any circumstances. This confidential data is processed automatically and exclusively via Helloasso.
Tax deductions
If you are liable for tax, your donation is deductible from your income tax under the Finance Act. You will benefit from a tax reduction equivalent to 66% of the amount of your donation, up to a limit of 20% of your net taxable income, with the possibility of carrying it forward for five years if the ceiling is exceeded. You will automatically receive your tax receipt by mail or email at the beginning of the year, or upon request by writing to us via the online contact form.
