Today, Equipop has around 40 employees and 50 members, with an annual budget of €5.8 million.

The association has two offices in West Africa—in Dakar and Ouagadougou—and one office in Europe—in Paris.

Since 2018, Jeanne has been mentoring CSO consortia, youth groups, and feminist activists in incorporating gender considerations into their structures and projects. She also supports them in managing advocacy projects on sexual and reproductive rights and health, combating gender-based and sexual violence, menstrual health and dignity, and feminist health democracy.

An economic geographer, she has nine years of experience in analyzing gender inequality and social transformation. As Gender and Knowledge Management Officer, she develops methods and strategies to integrate gender equality and social inclusion into the projects she supports. Her expertise lies in social mobilization, capacity building, the empowerment of women and girls, and the dissemination of knowledge.

Julia Heres Garcia is a training officer specializing in gender approaches. She designs and facilitates training courses and workshops for a variety of audiences and coordinates the training component of the Francophone Feminist Alliance. With a varied background in international solidarity, feminism, and popular education, she has developed skills in educational engineering, facilitation, sexuality education, project management, and advocacy.

With a background in journalism and literature, Louise Pluyaud joined the great team at Equipop, with whom she worked in West Africa, reporting on feminist activists' struggles for gender equality. Drawing on her experience in the field and in the media, her mission is to raise awareness in France and around the world of these struggles that bring us together.

Lucie Daniel has been working for ten years in the non-profit sector, particularly on feminist foreign policy, sexual and reproductive rights and health, and anti-gender movements. She is co-author of reports on the backlash against women's rights, masculinism, and the rise of the far right in Europe. She is responsible for advocacy and research at Equipop and regularly represents the association in the media.

M’béna BAKOLE is a specialist in gender and development and professional management of development projects. Before joining EQUIPOP, she was SRHR Technical Advisor at Plan International. She is also a Togolese activist committed to effective SRHR, including LGBTQIA+ rights and pro-choice abortion.
