Today, Equipop has around 40 employees and 50 members, with an annual budget of €5.8 million.

The association has two offices in West Africa—in Dakar and Ouagadougou—and one office in Europe—in Paris.

With several years of experience in C4D, Priscille Bansé is a specialist in organizational and media communications. Committed to human rights and the fight against gender-based and sexual violence, she puts her expertise to work for social causes. She has extensive experience in management and coordination within international NGOs and local feminist collectives, and holds a master's degree in gender studies (CEU) and a bachelor's degree in comparative international politics (AUP).

A fan of Mafalda (Quino's character), Sarah first became involved in social justice issues in Latin America, then in Palestine, where she is pursuing a PhD on gender and SRHR. She has since combined her activist and academic knowledge on these issues. At Equipop since 2022, she leads training sessions for various audiences and sings in a feminist choir, promoting an increasingly collective and joyful form of activism!
