With several years of experience in C4D, Priscille Bansé is a specialist in organizational and media communications. Committed to human rights and the fight against gender-based and sexual violence, she puts her expertise to work for social causes. Also a writer, she combines creativity and social impact on a daily basis.

Raquel acts as a liaison between employees and managers. Among other things, she deals with issues relating to finance, general services, HR, and events.

Rayhana Diallo is a young Senegalese leader committed to gender equality, keeping girls in school, protecting talibé children, and advocating for SRHR. Founder and Director of FAM and promoter of 3F (Forum des Femmes Foutankés), she works to empower women and adolescent girls through education, leadership, and community action.

Rifa KAMAL HOSSAIN, Master's 1 student in Human Resources. She obtained a degree in Business Management, Administration, and Payroll at the Sorbonne Paris Nord University Institute of Technology. She aspires to optimize HR processes and contribute to the development of Equipop.

Highly sensitive to inequality and discrimination, I use my experience, skills, and ideas to promote human rights and empower marginalized communities through inclusive and sustainable initiatives. My commitment is to empower minorities and support policies that promote social justice and equity.

Sanae combines project management and interdisciplinary feminist research, with a focus on gender justice and the rights of marginalized groups in the SWANA region. She has extensive experience in management and coordination within international NGOs and local feminist collectives, and holds a master's degree in gender studies (CEU) and a bachelor's degree in comparative international politics (AUP).

Sanlé Jean Barthélemy OUATTARA is an expert in accounting and financial management with extensive knowledge of international cooperation and project management. With over 15 years of experience in multi-country and multi-donor NGOs, he has coordinated budgets exceeding €25 million. A certified professional coach, he excels in financial management, capacity building, and strategic leadership.

A fan of Mafalda (Quino's character), Sarah first became involved in social justice issues in Latin America, then in Palestine, where she is pursuing a PhD on gender and SRHR. She has since combined her activist and academic knowledge on these issues. At Equipop since 2022, she leads training sessions for various audiences and sings in a feminist choir, promoting an increasingly collective and joyful form of activism!
