Today, Equipop has around 60 employees and 60 members, with an annual budget of €8.5 million.

The association has two offices in West Africa—in Dakar and Ouagadougou—and one office in Europe—in Paris.

Sanae combines project management and interdisciplinary feminist research, with a focus on gender justice and the rights of marginalized groups in the SWANA region. She has extensive experience in management and coordination within international NGOs and local feminist collectives, and holds a master's degree in gender studies (CEU) and a bachelor's degree in comparative international politics (AUP).

A fan of Mafalda (Quino's character), Sarah first became involved in social justice issues in Latin America, then in Palestine, where she is pursuing a PhD on gender and SRHR. She has since combined her activist and academic knowledge on these issues. At Equipop since 2022, she leads training sessions for various audiences and sings in a feminist choir, promoting an increasingly collective and joyful form of activism!

Steph Florquin (she/her) is a VSS project manager at Equipop, where she coordinates several projects across France. With two bachelor's degrees in co-development and a master's degree in gender and social policy, she has 15 years of experience in designing and implementing programs and studies promoting equality, particularly in the areas of promoting SRHR for migrant women and girls (including the prevention of FGM), LGBTQI+ rights, and gender and rural issues.

Stevie Reine YAMEOGO is responsible for innovation and support at Equipop. A sociologist by training, Stevie Reine is a young feminist activist from Burkina Faso who has been involved for more than 12 years in sustainable development, women's and girls' empowerment, health, the promotion of sexual and reproductive rights, and gender equality initiatives.
