Today, Equipop has around 40 employees and 50 members, with an annual budget of €5.8 million.

The association has two offices in West Africa—in Dakar and Ouagadougou—and one office in Europe—in Paris.

Floriane Klinklin Acouetey, a radical Togolese feminist, fights for social justice and the rights of women and sexual minorities, using decolonial approaches. As project manager at Equipop, she has eight years of experience working with international and local NGOs in project management, advocacy, and support for survivors.

Djeynaba TOURE has been working for years in humanitarian and development aid, committed to equality and social justice. Passionate about the rights of girls and women, she fights against gender-based violence in West Africa and the Maghreb. She promotes an inclusive approach, denounces oppression, and trains young girls to become leaders of change.

With a degree in development economics (CERDI), she began her career in West Africa. During her 25 years at Equipop, she has coordinated dozens of projects and developed advanced skills in SRHR and transformative approaches (gender, feminist). Today, as a health policy and systems expert, she shares her expertise internally and contributes to the production of new knowledge and insights.

Currently a project coordinator, Elise has been working at Equipop since 2016. After supporting CSOs working on SRHR issues, Elise now works alongside feminist movements, providing technical support and co-creating spaces for exchange. Elise also devotes her free time to creating spaces for exchange and mutual learning around issues related to feminism and social justice.

Eva Razafinarivo has been program coordinator at Equipop since 2021 and works primarily on the Feminists in Action (AFD) project. For more than ten years, she has been working in the field of international solidarity, particularly on issues related to combating gender-based violence (GBV) and promoting sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR).

Fatim contributes to the empowerment of institutional partners and civil society organizations working on issues related to the rights and health of young people and women, mainly in West Africa and crisis zones. Before joining Equipop, Fatim worked for ten years in international cooperation and development in West and Central Africa, Southeast Asia, and North America.

Fatou Maguette Aïcha Loum, a graduate in International Relations and African Studies from the University of Geneva, has developed skills in decolonial approaches, project management, and communication through two years of experience at the OHCHR and NGOs such as Right To Play and Amnesty International. Committed to social justice, she is involved in feminist and pan-African initiatives, particularly on SRHR and mental health.

Hasiatou has been working at Equipop since 2023 as a support officer assisting in the implementation of projects in support of feminist activists and their organizations. In this capacity, she helps to strengthen the capacity for action and mobilization of feminist activists in West Africa and, more recently, in the MENA region, by providing technical support, tools and leverage for action, and co-creating collective spaces.

Hélène Ménard is head of the Empowerment Division. A lawyer by training with over 20 years of experience in international solidarity in France and abroad, she has gained a deep understanding of the issues and challenges related to gender equality and social justice through her work on women's rights, including sexual and reproductive rights, in different geographical areas.
