– Equipop's activities in France

In 2021, as France hosted the Generation Equality Forum (GEF), Equipop launched a strong advocacy campaign in France, both to influence the overall organization of the GEF, since the French government had a decision-making role, and to influence French public policy.

Equipop, together with its partners in the Collectif Générations Féministes (Feminist Generations Collective), is publishing an open letter calling for feminist public policies on March 8. Addressed to the presidential candidates, it calls on them to make the fight against inequality a key focus of their campaigns.

A specific advocacy on SRHR 

At the end of 2019, Equipop initiated an international mobilization that led the FGE organization to endorse the existence of an SRHR action coalition. Equipop therefore contributed to the work surrounding this coalition through several entry points.
