Ukraine, Afghanistan: publication of the High Council for Equality's "Vigilance" report on women in conflict

The High Council for Gender Equality has published a "Vigilance" report on women's rights in situations of war and crisis, calling for the implementation of a truly feminist foreign policy.

While the document is intended to be read by a wide range of political leaders, the HCE is particularly appealing to NATO leaders, as its release coincides with the NATO summit on June 29 and 30.  As co-chair of the HCE's international commission, Equipop has contributed to this work and will continue to raise this crucial issue in the coming months.
