– Fighting pandemics: Success for France, hope for patients around the world!

Today marks the end of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria Replenishment Conference, held in Lyon under the auspices of President Macron. NGOs welcome the achievement of raising $13.92 billion  and the 20% increase in France's contribution, which has been raised to €1.3 billion for 2020-2022.

We acknowledge the commitment made by Bill Gates and Emmanuel Macron to raise the €100 million needed to reach the target of €14 billion set as a minimum by the Global Fund and France by December 1 (World AIDS Day).
