Equipop is a feminist international solidarity association that works for a fair and sustainable world where everyone's rights, particularly sexual and reproductive rights, are respected without discrimination based on sex or gender. With a team of fifty people spread across West Africa, North Africa, and Europe, Equipop mobilizes citizens and politicians, supports frontline associations, conducts action research projects, publishes studies, and organizes training courses.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Resource Mobilization Assistant will report to the Head of Resource Mobilization and Accountability and will work in collaboration with the dedicated team, management, and the various departments within the organization.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
The resource mobilizationassistant'smain responsibilities will be:
Research and Analysis of Funding Sources
• Monitoring and analysis of institutional and private funding opportunities (calls for proposals, foundations, requests for proposals)
• Monitoring and analysis of trends in funding and the official development assistance sector (key sector resources such as Devex, etc.)
• Assisting in the preparation of framework documents and funding proposals (drafting summary sheets for calls for proposals, analyzing donor requirements, etc.)
Mapping and Monitoring Partnerships
• Support for the development and updating of partnership maps, particularly in Europe
• Structuring and updating partner databases
• Preparing for, participating in, and following up on exchanges with new partners
Institutional Communication and Outreach
• Preparation of institutional communication materials for partners and donors (PowerPoint presentations, project fact sheets, summary notes)
• Support for the promotion of project activities and results, including translation into English
Various forms of support for the Resource Mobilization Division:
• Participating in discussions with external contacts, preparing agendas, and writing meeting minutes
• Contributing to the development of training programs at Equipop
• Improved organization of Equipop's resources (internal and publications)
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
• Student pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in political science, international relations, project management, social and solidarity economy, or a related field
• Interest in the nonprofit sector, equality issues, and human rights
• Excellent writing and summarization skills, including in English
• Rigorous, organized, and able to work independently
• Proficiency in office software, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
LANGUAGES
- French: excellent level in reading, speaking, and writing
- English: reading, speaking, and writing skills

CONDITIONS:
- 6-month paid internship based in Paris
- Internship start date: October 2, 2026
- Regulatory internship allowance
- 50% coverage of transportation costs
