Equipop is a feminist international solidarity association that works for a fair and sustainable world where everyone's rights, particularly sexual and reproductive rights, are respected without discrimination based on sex or gender. With a team of fifty people spread across West Africa, North Africa, and Europe, Equipop mobilizes citizens and politicians, supports frontline associations, conducts action research projects, publishes studies, and organizes training courses.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Resource Mobilization Assistant will report to the Head of Resource Mobilization and Accountability and will work in collaboration with the dedicated team, management, and the various departments within the organization.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
The resource mobilizationassistant'smain responsibilities will be:
Research and analysis of funding opportunities
• Monitoring and analysis of institutional and private funding opportunities (calls for projects, foundations, calls for tenders)
• Monitoring and analysis of developments in funding and the official development assistance sector (key resources in the sector such as Devex, etc.)
• Contribution to the preparation of framework notes and funding applications (drafting of summary sheets for calls for proposals, analysis of donor formats, etc.)
Mapping and monitoring partnerships
• Support for the development and updating of partnership maps, particularly in Europe
• Structuring and updating partner databases
• Preparation, participation, and follow-up of exchanges with new partners
Institutional communication and promotion
• Preparation of institutional communication materials for partners and donors (PowerPoint presentations, project sheets, summary notes)
• Support for the promotion of project actions and results, including translation into English
Various support tasks for the resource mobilization department
• Participation in discussions with external contacts, preparation of agendas, meeting minutes
• Contribution to the development of training within Equipop and the effective implementation of tools that enabled the company to obtain Qualiopi certification in preparation for the surveillance audit
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
• Student pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in political science, international relations, project management, social and solidarity economy, or a related field
• Interest in the nonprofit sector, equality issues, and human rights
• Excellent writing and summarizing skills
• Rigorous, organized, and able to work independently
• Proficiency in office software, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
LANGUAGES
- French: excellent level in reading, speaking, and writing
- English: reading, speaking, and writing skills

- 6-month paid internship based in Paris
- Internship start date: early March
- Regulatory internship allowance
- 50% coverage of transportation costs
